CREATIVE WATERCOLOUR
DEMONSTRATION/WORKSHOP
with Susan Knights
Sue loves creating atmosphere in watercolour painting, the medium she uses most although she also does work in acrylics, pastel and mixed media. Her paintings are loose and impressionistic, capturing flowers, landscapes, seascapes and semi-abstracted works in colours, mediums and techniques that excite her. Her works are always evolving and it is exciting that she doesn't always know where this may take her.
For this workshop you could use a photograph of your favourite place with interesting features, perhaps images of Venice or Christchurch, the choice is yours. You may prefer fruits, flowers or bottles and jars or articles with interesting shapes or maybe use your imagination.
